We believe that the outside is simply a reflection of the inside, and that through encouragement, education, friendship and determination, we can help each person as a whole. Using the principles of the Law of Attraction we teach our clients how to change their thinking as well as their physiology, bringing the mind into confluence with the body.

Knowledgeable

The relationship with your trainer is a very personal one and we like to get to know you before your program begins. A short studio visit is highly recommended. We will show you the facility and you will spend time getting acquainted with your trainer. This insures the best possible fit for both personality and schedule.

Dedicated

We offer training packages of varying sizes to accommodate your changing goals, schedule, and financial situation. Most sessions are an hour in length but we also have a very effective 5 day per week program that involves 30 minute sessions. The latter is an intensive program that works best for the client wishing to drop a significant amount of body fat.
