About Thomas

Thomas is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer. His fitness career began at the prestigious School of American Ballet in his early youth and upon graduation he performed professionally with The Boston Ballet, Cincinnati Ballet, and Oregon Ballet Theatre. Once retired from dancing, Tom pursued his personal training career, returning home to New York City and the renowned Reebok Sports Club/NY where he quickly joined the top echelon of the nations best trainers.

Thomas has expertise in dance, yoga, pilates, weight training, nutrition, and swimming. As a results-driven trainer, Thomas develops regimes tailored to the specific needs of the individual while incorporating innovative and effective exercises to reach each goal. You will leave the session feeling stronger, more energized, and with a positive mind/body experience.
