Kiki walked in my door with the most determined look I’d ever seen on a new client.  He was very obviously tired of his old lifestyle and wanting to make some big changes to himself physically and psychologically.  So great was his determination that he decided to train with me 1 hour a day, 5 days a week!  After just a few months his hard work was paying off in a huge way and he had lost about 20 lbs of fat and gained tons of muscle.  Even as an experienced trainer, he was definitely blowing me away!  His determination, positive energy, and willingness to move into a healthier diet plan was what gave him the success he continues to enjoy to this day, and I’m so proud of him!
